Our final product is 100% Cotton Yarn having weight about 1.89 kg per cone and we are packing 24 cones in one carton. The cones are automatically coming out from our autoconer machines through conveyor and from the conveyor we are collecting it manually to trolleys, pictures are as under
After that we are keeping these trolleys into conditioning machines and taking out after conditioning
- The cone dimensions are as under :
Height – 170 to 172 mm
Top Dia – 17 to 18 mm
Bottom Dia (peg dia.) – 47 to 48 mm
- After conditioning we are wrapping the cones with polythene bags
- After that we are putting these cones into cartons
Carton dimensions are as under:
Length – 740 mm, Width – 370 mm, Height – 560 mm
Weight of empty carton 2.7 Kg.
We are putting 24 cones each of 1.89 kg in one Carton
We are also doing pallet packing on wooden pallets
Dimension of Wooden Pallet is 1140 mm x 1140 mm x 120 mm
Total 540 cones each of 1.89 Kgs.
i.e. total Net weight = 1020.60 Kgs per pallet
